Tlezz Corp runs the phone, text and booking system that home-service businesses use to answer customers. This page explains what that system records when you contact one of those businesses.

What we collect

• Your phone number, and the name, address and service details you give.
• Call recordings, call transcripts and text messages with the business.
• Appointments booked and the outcome of the job.
• Job photos taken at your property by the business's crew.
• Your answers to consent questions with the date and wording shown, and any feedback you send from a review page.

How it's used

Only to answer you, book and carry out your job, send you updates about it, and ask how it went. Job photos are stored privately. A business only shows your before-and-after photo publicly if you said yes, and never with your name or address.

Who can see it

The business you contacted and Tlezz Corp staff who operate the system. Each business can only see its own customers. We use service providers for phone calls, texting, AI answering and calendars, and they process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw photo consent, contact the business that served you. For anything about this system itself, use the Contact Tlezz form.
